Anthony 10 Years Old
Neck Trouble

When Anthony was born, he had torticollis in his neck. His head was stuck looking to the left. After a brief examination, Dr. Scoma discovered that the top vertebrae of his neck (C1) was stuck out of alignment to the right due to stress of birth. Using very precise skill, Dr. Scoma delivered an adjustment by gently nudging the vertebra back into position with just the right amount of pressure and direction. Anthony immediately turned his head completely to the right, then looked straight ahead. He has never had a problem with his neck since. Over ten years of wellness chiropractic care, or occasional tune ups as Dr. Scoma calls it, Anthony is completely healthy. Although he sees his pediatrician for yearly well check ups, he has never needed Antibiotics or any other drug/medication. Anthony is extremely talented, a star athlete and has been awarded for reaching the highest honors granted for Accelerated Reading in his school.

Bradley 5 Years Old
Trouble Breathing

Three days after Bradley was born, he experienced extreme trouble breathing. His breathing was very labored and loud. Dr. Scoma examined him and discovered that the vertebrae in the upper part of his neck (C2) was stuck out of alignment. With precise skill, he adjusted the vertebrae and it made a loud pop. Immediately, Bradley expelled a thick bloody mucus then let out a loud sigh of relief as his breathing was completely restored. Bradley continued to receive Wellness Chiropractic care and has never needed antibiotics or any other drug/medication. He is very healthy, extremely bright and very creative.

Shoulder Pain

Dr. Scoma has been my salvation from a life with pain. I was experiencing incredible shoulder pain and after several doctors, my Rheumatologist told me that it was osteoarthritis. After several medications and cortisone injections, the pain continued to be incredibly debilitating and I was told that I would just have to live with this pain the rest of my life. I was suffering with neck and lower back pain for over 2 months when a buddy from my church recommended that I see Dr. Scoma. After just a couple of visits I could feel the difference. He explains the problem and how the treatments will work in such a way that makes you feel comfortable.
